Kelli DeThomas

My startup experience has helped me grow quickly in my career and develop skills across all facets of product development and delivery, from managing ecommerce customer operations to developing and executing product marketing strategies, my skills extend beyond the traditional product management role. Through my work I am finding that my favorite challenge is discovering new and innovative ways to develop value-driven processes while working in the ambiguous environment of energy efficiency technology.

During my time on the Product Team I have developed a product roadmap that continuously delivers value while allowing flexibility for changing market interests. I have also been instrumental in creating a standard product release process and resource allocation tactics, implementing agile methodologies that work for our team, and developing an evolving ecommerce operations process. I have also had the opportunity to develop my managerial skills; acting as a mentor and assisting my employee with professional development has been one of the most rewarding challenges for me since starting at Encentiv. To continue developing this skill for myself, I am in the early stages of developing an on-going internship program for the Product Team.
